Privacy Policy

aiemail is built to need as little of your data as possible. We don't have accounts, and we don't keep your drafts. This page explains what is and isn't collected.
What we don't collect
- No accounts. There is no sign-up, so we hold no names, emails, or passwords.
- Your drafts stay in your browser. The email you write is generated for your session and is not retained after you leave. We do not build a profile from your content.
What is processed
When you click to generate an email, the text you entered is sent to our writing service to produce a draft, then returned to you. To keep the free tool running and to prevent abuse, we process limited technical signals such as your IP address for rate-limiting and security. These are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to understand which pages are useful. It does not track you across other sites.
Advertising and affiliate links
aiemail is supported by ads and occasional affiliate links to relevant tools. Ad partners may use cookies or similar technologies as described in their own policies. Affiliate links are marked, and we may earn a commission if you sign up through one.
Your choices
Because we don't hold an account or stored drafts, there's little personal data to access or delete. If you have a privacy question, contact us.
This policy is a starting point and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before launch.
